Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before we get you loaded.
A dispatcher is your business partner on the office side. We find and book high-paying loads, negotiate rates with brokers, plan your trips, handle paperwork like rate confirmations and invoices, and provide 24/7 support so you can focus 100% on driving.
We dispatch dry van, reefer, flatbed, power only, hotshot, box truck and sprinter van across all 48 states in the U.S.
Our pricing is based on a competitive, flexible commission per load. The exact percentage depends on your equipment, lanes and volume. Contact us for a custom quote — there are no hidden fees.
You'll need an active MC Number, DOT Number, Certificate of Insurance (with Lloydie Logistics listed as certificate holder), a completed W-9, a signed dispatch agreement, and a signed Notice of Assignment (NOA).
You get paid by the broker (or their factoring company) for each completed load. Our commission is invoiced separately or netted through your factoring company, whichever you prefer.
Call or message us — day or night. We coordinate with the broker, manage delays, handle detention claims and help you get the situation resolved quickly.
Yes. We actively fight for detention pay when you're held past free time, and we file TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used) claims when brokers cancel loads after dispatch. That money belongs to you.
Our office hours are 8 AM to 6 PM every day, but we remain available for inquiries and driver emergencies 24/7.
Absolutely. We operate on a no-forced-dispatch basis. We present the best options and negotiate the best rates — the final decision is always yours.
We keep our drivers loaded consistently. Our combination of premium load-board access, broker relationships and aggressive negotiation lets us keep trucks moving on profitable freight.
Phone, text, email, Telegram or WhatsApp — whichever you prefer. Most drivers use text and WhatsApp for daily communication with us.
Factoring companies advance you payment on broker invoices so you don't wait 30-60 days for your money. We coordinate directly with your factoring company to make sure paperwork gets submitted correctly and quickly.
No. Our dispatch agreement can be cancelled with reasonable notice. We earn your business load by load — no lock-in.
Yes. We work with owner-operators who run under their own MC authority — that's actually our specialty.
Once your paperwork is complete and your COI lists us as certificate holder, we can typically have your first load booked within 24 hours — often the same day.
